Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Beto embarked on his career at 18, earning recognition in prestigious salons and upscale fashion shows. After relocating to Miami, he and his partner, Franco, established the city's premier salon and med spa. Over the course of 20 years, they curated a skilled team dedicated to delivering top-notch services in skin, hair, and nail care utilizing the finest beauty products available.
Hailing from Venezuela, Franco found his way to sunny Miami during his early years. At the age of 19, he delved into the realms of management, honing his skills across the food, retail, and hospitality sectors. Throughout his vast professional journey, Franco's astute grasp of business operations led him to hold various notable positions, such as store manager, regional training manager, operations manager, and director of operations. Drawing upon his decade-long expertise, Franco, alongside his partner, recognized the opportune moment to materialize their collective vision and establish Elite Styles Salon and Med Spa, an embodiment of their shared aspiration for the ultimate full-service spa experience.
Hailing from Honduras, Norma's innate passion for hair ignited her journey in the beauty industry. A decade ago, she pursued her dreams by attending school and commencing her career in Miami. Guided by her unwavering dedication, Norma discovered her true calling: the ability to transform and enhance individuals' appearances, instilling them with newfound confidence in their own skin.
I’ve been going to Elite Style’s since it opened it’s doors, many years ago. Beto has been my hair stylist since I moved to Miami, almost 8 years ago. I can’t say enough how kind and what an amazing human being, besides a professional and entrepreneur Beto is. Graciela is the only one that touches my nails since 6 years. I don’t even bother trying to find another manicure professional in Miami when I forget to book my appointment with Graci. I just get it done myself at home (which never comes out good lol) until she can sees me and get my mani and pedi done. I also get Botox done with Melissa. She is very nice and calm. I love my Botox results. Will is such a great hairstylist too, sweet and always with a smile on his face. The whole team is super friendly and well experienced. Beto along with his team makes me feel welcome and comfortable. There is always a good cappuccino or a cold glass of Prosecco once I walk in and I love it. I’m very picky with service and I can’t recommend it enough for whoever looks for a high quality service. There is many beauty salons in Miami. There is no one like Elite Style’s.
