Beto was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he started his career at the tender age of 18. After 10+ years and becoming known among several prestigious salons and upscale Fashion Shows, Beto decided to move to Miami. 20 years later, he now owns Miami’s premier salon and med spa. Along with his partner Franco, they have built a team specialized in providing the best services related to skin, hair, and nail care while using only the latest in premier beauty products.

Franco was born in Venezuela and moved to sunny Miami at a very young age. At only 19, he began his management career in the food, retail, and hospitality industries. Over his extensive experience, his knack for business operations has garnered him multiple titles, including Store Manager, Regional Training Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. With ten years of industry expertise, Franco decided along with his partner that it was time to create Elite Styles, an embodiment of their shared vision for the ultimate full-service spa experience.

Leece was born and raised in our Sunshine State, Florida. As a color specialist from South Florida with five years experience, Leece is a member of the Colortrak artistic team, one of the biggest tool suppliers for colorists. She is also an artist for Brazilian Bond Builder, a company that caters to the care and protection of your hair. Leece has educated multiple classes on color corrections, blonding & hair care in Miami.

Norma, originally from Honduras, always had a passion for hair. About 10 years ago, she decided to go to school and started working in the beauty industry in Miami. She found her true calling by being able to change and improve anyone’s image, therefore, making them feel more confident in their own skin.

Cassidy was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She graduated with her beauty license from Gene Juarez Academy in 2015. In 2018 she moved to Miami to become a blonde and extension specialist under Beto and Leece’s guidance. Since then, she has been honored with multiple certifications in color, styling, and extensions application. Her motives and goals are never stop learning in an industry that’s continually evolving while making every person that sits in her chair become a more confident version of themselves.

Graciela was born in Uruguay. Immediately after high school, she began studying cosmetology, but took particular interest in nail art. This is why she decided to go to school for Podiatrist and worked at hospitals and clinics. After following her passion for 24 years, she decided to move to Miami, where she now resides. With almost 40 years of experience, Graciela is the best at doing Manicures and Pedicures and she continues to expand her clientele.
